Stovner Torg – FutureBuilt

A residential project at Stovner developed by T27 Andeler AS, delivered to FutureBuilt principles as part of Oslo’s contribution to Reinventing Cities / C40 Cities.

Geoteknia planned and followed up ground investigations and delivered geotechnical design from concept to preliminary design, and followed up the first phase of filling and site preparation. From February 2026 Geoteknia is engaged as geotechnical engineer for Seby in the detailed design phase (design-build).

Re-use of materials – including crushed concrete – in site filling, as part of the project’s climate focus.
