−01The assignment
Vinkl AS is developing and zoning the town-centre block in Ski between Idrettsveien and Parkaksen. Buildings along Idrettsveien and the old hotel are to be refurbished, with a new tower and office building on the north side.
−02Geoteknia’s role
Geoteknia is geotechnical engineer (RIG) for the detailed zoning plan, and has planned and carried out ground investigations with subcontractors.
−03Technical challenges
Concept selection based on carbon accounting, carried out together with Veidekke.
