Zoning of a site at Råholt in Eidsvoll. The site lies below the marine limit, so area landslide hazard must be assessed to meet the Norwegian building regulations (TEK17).

Area stability assessment to NVE guideline 1/2019 in a plan area with difficult ground. The assessment was independently quality-assured and the hazard zone reported to NVE.

Investigations and terrain analyses showed part of the area within a new hazard zone, with rotational sliding as the assessed mechanism. The planned works are considered overall to improve area stability in the permanent condition.
